3. Wei Dung (aka. Bic Ngum, Song Woon) TSE , "XieWeiDong" was born on 28 September 1852 in Koo Hong Old Village, Guangdong, China. He died on 21 January 1935 at the age of 82 in Guangdong, China. He worked as a scholar (earned considerable prize money in test competitions), teacher, and consultant. Wei had completed studies at many specialty schools and excelled in classics and poetry.

Wei Dung (aka. Bic Ngum, Song Woon) TSE , "XieWeiDong" and HUNG Shee, "HongShi" were married on 12 March 1869 in Guangdong, China. HUNG Shee, "HongShi" was born in 1850. She died on 18 August 1932 at the age of 82 in Guangdong, China.
